I lost 3.9 pounds this week! Making my total to 30.5. I was so shocked because I for sure thought I gained weight because I ate so many bad things ALL weekend!

For some reason this week I am totally lacking motivation. I just want to eat everything I'm craving! Ugh! Why is this happening? I should be motivated by how far I've come but it's not motivating me at all!
