I love the northwest.

I miss...
the pitter patter of rain against my window sill.
the fresh smell of the droplets falling from the sky.
the ocean, it's giant waves crashing against the shore.
the smell of the ocean, holding so many memories.
the great evergreens and mountains surrounding me.
seeing a Starbucks on every corner.
riding the amtrak through downtown Tacoma.
the hustle of the city.
Mount Rainier in the sunset.
the friends that you could never be bored around.
my family that's always there for me.

It wasn't until I lost it that I realized how much I loved it.
